- It's very encouraging to see that dealers in Europe are taking the Amiga
- seriously. But guess what ?In my local Escom shop* they have ALL the PCs
- running some kind of demo(application, gfx, sound etc.)but the one 1200 they
- have unboxed is sat at on end of the shop away from the window with just
- the workbench screen showing. In the middle of the shops they have a stack of
- 1200s still boxed but absolutely nothing showing off demos. It is painfully
- obvious the staff are only interested in selling PCs.If anyone from Escom
- reads this then do something about it.Advertise for Amiga enthusiasts to
- work in the shops to demo the Amiga.Contact demo groups and have packages of
- demos made so that even the most Amiga ignorant member of staff can load in
- a repeating series of demoes etc.COME ON!! YOU WILL MAKE MONEY FROM THIS!!
